the vacuole could be a trash can because they remove waste from the cell, you can use a empty medicine bottle for it.

nucleus could be the office or a filing cabinet use a tooth paste box as a filling cabinet that hold all the important papers or a computer that could also hold all the important information that the restraunt needs

golgi body could be a mailbox that hold all the stuff that is coming into the restraunt
Hope this helps I had to do something like this when I was in school and it was neat to see what other peoples projects looked like.
 
Vacuole: this would be like the refrigerator or other storage compartment.

Nucleus: This could be the chef giving directions on how and what to cook.

Golgi: This could be the delivery boy, or possibly the waiter.
