I had this problem when I first got AT&T too. The name that was showing was the the guy who the number was previously assigned to. Keep complaining. Basically threaten to cut off services. They will basically bend over backwards when they think they are going to lose a customer
It shows whoever is the bill-payer or the main number's name on the bill(usually the bill payer). If they're making you pay the bill but it is still addressed to them then that's why. Cancel your plan and get a new one
