ok get it out of the toilet! take the battery and sim card out NOW and get a fan or a blow dryer, set it on cool and try to dry the insides before its gets too messed up! make sure its not on a hot setting! HURRY!!!!
This isn't guaranteed to work, but it helps. Take the whole thing apart, including the battery. Let it dry out for several hours. I don't know what phone company you are with. Don't send it in to have it repaired. On T-Mobile phones there is a little dot inside the phone that turns pink, if there is water damage. They will charge you full price for a brand new phone replacement. I learned that the hard way. I have gotten several phones wet.
Fish it out, rinse the faeces/urine from it, wash your hands, take the phone to pieces, place the bits on a towel somewhere warm, and leave for a day. When you reassemble it, it may just work.
The best you can do is remove the battery and put it in the sun for a few days and hope it dries out. Assuming the water wasn't dirty it might still work.
Don't even bother bringing it back to the store unless your warranty covers water damage; most do not.
If you look carefully at the inside of the handset and battery you will now notice a small red spot somewhere. These are chemical indicator that identifies water damage. Prior to getting wet they were white.
Remove the battery and sim,
get some dried rice
put this rice in a suitable bag and place the phone, battery and sim in the bag and cover completely with the dried rice.
leave in a warm dry place
the rice will soak up every little bit of moisture in your phone
This worked for my phone and digital camera when dropped into beer.
Good luck

Stick your hand in the toilet and take it out for starters. Put some white rice in a bowl then stick your phone on the rice and cover it with more rice. The rice will suck out the moisture. DONT turn the phone on till its 100% dry.
