my CD radio wont work in my car?

my CB radio will not work in my car or my truck (ford f-250) I have a car cigarett lighter adpter to the CD and when i plug it in it doesnt work.

I worked for like very quick secend but i tryed 3 different cars and still wont work. But it works in my room.



HELPP
 
check out your fuse on the CB or its power cord that plugs into the lighter. You might also have a bad ground/connection.
