not formatted correctly.? I have a Windows laptop and every time I insert a DVD into my laptop nothing happens and when I try to open the drive it says

'Disk is not formatted: Windows cannot read from this disk. The disk might be corrupted, or it could be using a format that is not compatible with Windows.'

It used to play DVDs perfectly fine but this has been happening for the past few weeks. It's very frustrating. Please help me!

Appears whenever I attempt to play a DVD.

CDs play perfectly fine.
