My Cats are pooing in next door's garden, how do i get them to stop this?

My cats are using next door's grass for a toilet. this is annoying my neighbour and causing us to fall out with her.
Is there any way that I can stop my cats from doing this?
I have tried using some of them jelly crystals to stop them from going into the garden, but this doesnt stop them. Any ideas?
