this to me? Ok so I was just petting him and I moved to scratch a cats favorite place, right above their tail. And after a few moments he turned and very quickly and rapidly started licking me other hand, as I was still scratching him, and I felt his teeth a little like he was nibbling me at one point or another but then he just licked me.
