My cat loves human food she's constantly stealing food off of my plate. She's fine the only thing is is that sometimes she gets diarrhea I think it's just if she eats too much but it might be from a specific type. Just see if your cat has diarrhea and if she doesn't then I'm sure it's fine. Just don't give it like, a whole plate of peas just cause it might get sick if it eats THAt many.
