my cat likes fish food?

i have a beta fish. i think either 3-4 years old. but i think he's nearing the end of his life soon. he's not happy anymore and just sits at the bottom all day every day.

so i was wondering. since i have a cat. that knows about the fishes and was close to catching him a few times...that when/if my fish does die, would it be weird to give him to my cat to eat? intead of flushing him down the toilet? kinda like a circle of life thing?
 
It wont be right to give a cat your own pet fish if the fish died cause it was apart of your family so if i were you i would flush him down the tolite (also because your cat could get sick if it eats the fish)
 
well my cat ate my betta fish, one night and he was fine never got sick from it. I was so upset that my cat ate my fish, but the cat was fine.

If you really want to feed your fish to your cat it's really up to you.
