we have a 6 month old kitten who refuses to leave my sons tent alone! i have had it with her, the tent is 2 weeks old and she has riped it in two different spots. i have tried a squirt bottle but that just makes her dash in fast and then run. i have tried locking her in a diff room for a bit but that just makes her run when she see's me come for her. i don't want to get rid of her, she gets along really well with my 16 month old son. she doesn't bite or scrach him and they play really well together but i'm not going to stand for her ruining things. (she does have her own climber)
i know the cat will play with what she likes. but this is not acceptable. and the squirt bottle does work. she was teritorial of my sons bean bag like would attack him and not let him on it. that is not acceptable. putting holes in my sons tent is not acceptable. animals have to have rules just like my kids. i have never had another cat do this. the usally learn. she still gets on the kitchen table after 4 months, is someone going to tell me that is acceptable? cause that is not going to pass.
