...wrong with him? My cat Bertie has lost a bit of weight, and eating very little, no poo poo's for 5 days!!! He has been to the vets for lots of check ups and tests, we are giving him lutucose 2mm twice a day, and he his on high blood pressure tablets, he his 15 years old, and we are now getting desperate to find out what's wrong with him... help

Your baby obviously is worth it as he has been with you a long time and it shows you love him very much to have already done these things for him. xoxo
To have not had a BM for 5days sounds very suspicious.
Has he had any xrays or ultrasounds looking for masses?
Although he is probably not a candidate due to his blood pressure and this is usually a last resort - has anyone discussed with you exploratory surgery for cancers? Or intestinal scoping - which would be less invasive.
I am sorry that none of this was information you would want to hear. But they were just some ideas that crossed my mind after doing this for so long.
I hope of course that I am completely wrong. That is why I am not a vet. It would be one time I would not want to be.
