I have a cold air intake and it started to pour down raining and my car started to stall. I pulled over and waited until the rain started to ease up, but my car will not start. what is the problem?
u would have to go through a puddle that reached as high as your bonnet for it to do that. where is it mounted? even when it rains hard u wouldnt get enough to go through and get sucked up past the throttle body. water could have got onto the electrics tho.
lift up the bonnet and if there's some water on any electrical plugs just d/c them and blow them dry. perhaps the crank sensor failed? it may just be a coincidence and you could have an unrelated problem altogether.
