When i turn the ignition on my car, the engine turns over but does not come on properly, when i press the accelerator at the same time it tries further to turn on. After getting my next door neighbour out he confirmed it wasnt a flat battery and that he suspects its something to do with the fuel. Do i need to top my oil up, or is it a different problem?
