ok i have a 98' honda civic and my headers are illegal cuz they dnt have numbers on them so they wont smog my car...now i have the piece that will fit onto my engine but it doesnt reach down the rest of my car i'm like lost cuz some people say i need a cadalac converter rightt there but some say i already have one further back in my car and that i just need a header pipe i need help what do i do...??
