my car will die at idle?

i have a 92 accord with a 01 prelude motor(h22a) and tranny in it, i have no vacume leaks, i have clean the IACV, and adjusted the idle screw, when im at a stop light idleing, the rpm will dip down and the car will die if i dont keep giving it gas, please help
