Electric windows are both locked. the body shop only replaced the bumper,, in which they lied to me and said car will be safe to drive,,,The girl that hit me.. her insurance is giving me a run around (17 yr old)...Who can i report all of this too to get my car running safe again.. Also the rental car people are telling me..After a certain amount of time.. I am responsible.. The car was not moving .. The other driver was 100 per cent quilty...
