keep calling your insurance company and let them know how much it is costing them for storage fees, because they will take there good old time. i just went through this 5 months ago and if you don't stay on there butt they will take there time. are you able to get a rental car on your insurance? if your are do so. because when they see how much money you are using in storage fees and car rental they will get there butt in gear hope that helps
