My car stereo wont give power?

So i have an after market stereo in a USDM 03 honda ep3.

I installed fog lights to my car yesterday which seemed to be a bust cause I couldnt get power to the lights.
I called it a night and put my car back together for work the next morning.
In the Morning I noticed my stereo wont power up
it is rigged to stay on, so even when the car is off the headunit is lit.
I usually turn it off when i leave the car by ejecting it.

I don't believe I messed with any other wires while installing the fogs.
Can anyone help me, and tell me what the problem is?
How do I know which fuse and if it needs to be replaced?

what could of happened was when you installed the lights you bumped a cord and it came unhooked. I had the same problem. Its either that or your lights are sucking all the power and its not allowing the CD player to stay on. Try unhooking the lights and see if that is the problem. Hope this helps
