My car Stalls when i stop sometimes?

I have a 1999 Honda civic. occasionally when i brake and come to a stop my battery light will flash and then the car stalls and the battery light and oil light will come on. all i have to do is put the car in park and it starts fine. also the drivers side door lock doesn't work electrically but all the others do. please help it gets very annoying
