My car shakes when i accel from a complete stop?

i have a 91 grand marquis and when i barely push on the gas it shakes really bad what could be causing this? when i looked under the hood it looked like some fluid had been sprayed all over and i think its antifreeze idk if that has anything to do with it or if thats a separate problem but my car has been shaking when a barely accelerate for a while and now its getting worse
