My car key won't work anymore - I can't turn it & tried turning the wheel -...

...do I have to go to Honda? Hi, I'm having trouble with my car key (& the copy only opens the trunk!) - I put it in the ignition but can't turn it. I've tried turning the wheel and jiggling it and everything...it's a Honda Accord 2000...is there anything else I can do?

Do I have to go to Honda and if so how much would it cost to get a new key?
