my car is trying to hurt me!?

okay, no not really. but its a funky car. i have a 95 chevy astrovan, and everything was fine for last 4 or 5 months, but now when i idle at a red light it seems like it's trying to heave and throw something up.

i mean, nothing literally comes from the car, it just feels like the car itsself is heaving.

i dont know whats wrong :[
 
It sounds like its struggling to stay running.. Idling too low..

Numerous things could cause this.. Start with the basics...

Fuel filter, air filter... ( Plugs will not cause poor idling, without also causing higher rpm misfiring..)

Could be Sensor related... Egr System, also..
