Wait for your official recall notice from Ford; without it, your dealer will not perform the repairs, or will charge you for it. The letter will be a bunch of boiler-plate, but is very important in the recall process.
Once you have your letter, call your Ford dealer for your appointment, and go get it fixed. It's that simple. It is very important that you get the repairs done, both from the standpoint of your safety, and Ford's and NHTSA's record-keeping.
