my car is leaking water?

the leak is at the front of the car, the leak only happens when i park down on a hill, when i park up or on the flat i don't get the leak.

the leak only happens when the car is warm after i have driven my car for about 15 minutes when the engine gets hot.

the water that is coming out is anti freeze,

any ideas what the problem could be.
 
There's a black rubber over pressure hose attached to the radiator and coolant reservoir. If the antifreeze isn't leaking out that hose and you don't see any other wet coolant leaks on the engine anywhere when you raise the hood, then my guess would be your water pump is leaking and may need replacing, especially if it has over 100,000 miles on it.
