T TSNE New member Jan 12, 2010 #1 No lights interior or head lights. Its not the battery. But i have a horn. so If i run hot to hot through the starter relay it cranks but it wont start. I was thinking ballast resistor or fuseable link. Any other ideas its a 1968 chrysler newport.
