I got my car washed from Chevron because I was referred to that place. They had packages where they wash the car and clean the interior. They did a really bad job and I found that I had a few scratches resulting from the carwash, they're not big scratches but they're more of small dotted ones. Will I be able to dispute this and have them fix it? Can I call the Corporate Chevron to dispute this? I never had those scratches before and after an inspection, i saw them and along w/ some marks that weren't there before. They have a two days warranty but I don't know they will fix the scratches for me. Please help! Thanks so much.
I didn't inspect there and then. I did it afterwards so that's what I'm worried about but I did call them after to notify them and the woman says they have a 2 days warranty if you're not satisfied. Just bring the car in and speak with them.
