So the last couple of weeks my acceleration pedal, gas pedal would stop working for split seconds and make a reving noise. A few days ago as i went to work i pushed the gass pedal hard to accelerate than the car made a strange straining sound. The acceleration pedal barely worked from that point on and i had to accelerate really slowly. The car made noises almost like a motorcyle without a muffler. On the way back home the car kept making the noise and made a big pop sound then the acceleration pedal stopped working completely. Any idea on what it could be? Timing belt maybe, blown gasket hopefully not idk i think it could be a serious problem.
My car gas pedal doesn't work on my 2000 toyota camry, help?
