I live in mississippi and i am not used to very cold weather, but this winter has been very cold. i got my car washed yesterday in a drive through car wash and this morning my doors were frozen shut i got all of them open except for the rear driver door. i cant lift the lock inside and i have pushed on the door and nothing is working. how can i get it open without damaging my car?
