My car CD not playing my burned discs?

Hey everyone, I'd like to thank you in advance if you can help me with this issue.

My car has a Sony 50wx4 xplod CD player and will not play any discs I burn from my computer. However, those same discs (I've tried different brands) play on any other CD player I've ever tried it on, whether it's a car or stereo.

It is extremely frustrating not to be able to listen to any of my new music in my car, the only place I want to listen to these CDs. I've used multiple burning programs as well, and don't have access to another computer with the same music.

Please help!
I think it's about 6 years old, but the thing is that it will play other burned CDs, even CDs I burned a few months ago from the same computer. I am using CD-Rs, should I try CD-RWs?
 
How old is your CD player? A lot of the older CD players will not play CD-Rs or CD-RWs. Also which is the CD? (R or RW) Some CD players will play CD RWs while others will not.
 
somtimes burned disks dont work in every cd player, try burning them diffrentley
like if you burn them off itunes, use somthing elce

it may still not work, but some cd players just cant play burnded disks (we have one is my basement)
