my car amp will not work right?

OK i have my amp hooked up its a sound storm 1500 watt class d an when i have my input on vary low it sound good but when i go to turn my input on my amp up it well make this damn loud noise threw my subs it sounds like it my ground but am not shear can somebody help
sorry about the spelling and vocab, my boyfriend wrote this, he isn't the brightest.
