my Cadillac wont turn on..T_T ?

i have 2001 Cadillac DTS with 145.000 mile(yeah that alot)

my car wont turn on (it was battery problem)
so i buy new battery

but it wont starting...

i know that battery was dead

so i change it to new one..

i think there is other problem...

what is it

and how much it will cost to fix it?
 
You may have a security system failure. Is the security lamp flashing if so turn on the key and wait 30 minutes then try to start.
 
There is a blown Line fuse that is not letting the system power up. Line fuses (fuseable links) are usually between the positive "red" battery terminal connector and the solenoid or the fuse panel or both. If you are not familiar with this you will need to call a service center for help. Expect a bill in the $300 to $400 dolar range.

It is worth it to have this done by a proffessional. If it is done improperly, it can result in a fire and destruction of you car.
