My Cadillac CTS 2003 is struggling for power when engine start up.?

My CTS is struggling for power when it starting it up and driven under 40 mph. It's iddling at start up at 550 -650 and shouldn't it be higher than that? The car shakes when it stops, and driven under 40. It also has engine check line on... we diagnosed it.. po300 and po301 was found ... What can it be. ? I need help
 
what you have going on is multiple misfire and a cyl 1 misfire
check compression: if you ever got the vehicle hot it usually affect the engines heads
check spark plugs and wires: ever done tuneup yet? lot of cases get solved for miner

Make sure no oil is going in the spark plugs such as a valve cover leaking. now it could also mean other things but check those first.
