I've had my laptop "SONY Vaio VPCM12M1E/W White Netbook" for a couple of months now, and the built in web cam has been working perfectly during that time. However, today I opened the Arcsoft webcam companion software, and once I had closed it, within about 10 seconds I heard the Windows sound made when a USB is removed- the little beepy kind of noise. Since then, whenever I open any programs to use my webcam it says that it is not connected. I have tried pressing the 'connect button' but it doesn't work. The laptop was built in so came with no hardware disks or manuals. Help?
