My Buick Rendezvous alarm and lights have gone crazy?

I have a 2002 Buick Rendezvous and I accidentally hit the panic button on the key thingy and the panic alarm was going off, so this guy comes out and pulls the horn thingy out of the fuse under the hood, and now the lights won't stop flickering. the battery is going to die over night and I don't know what to do! any suggestions?
I HIT THE PANIC BUTTON AGAIN AND IT DIDNT STOP THE ALARM KEPT GOING!!!!!!!

Look for a Shotgun

pop the hood and disconnect the battery of about 5 mins then hit the unlock button and start the car and you should be fine

hit the button again and it should stop
