...I tell? Her roommate is a good friend of my friend and a lot affair story is unbelievable. Here one classic their email together pretending to break up so the husband can proof to he wife that the affair is over! sick! Should I tell or wait and see?

Wait and see. Your brother is only dating her and if she's that big of a skank he'll find out soon enough. Just remind him to use protection when they have sex.
