My brother is bout to go to boot camp. I am scared this will lead towards depression....

...What do i d? I was already in depression after my boyfriend broke up with me Dec26 for about a month. Now I feel the feelings I had before. I hate it and fear I will get worse. We are closer than anyone could imagine. Plus a close friend already is over seas. Please I am looking for someone to seriously help me out. I have NO money for a doctor or medicine so that's out. Any help would be nice
