Ok before you think something bad let me explain. He had consensual sex with a minor who turned out to get pregnant. Then at 6 months pregnant told her mother she was raped. My brother was 22 and she was one week from 16. The girl would sleep with anyone and her mom thought she was an innocent little angel. My brother was charged with child molestation and is now is prison. The girls mother took care of the Judges mother as her care taker. And my brother court appointed lawyer turned out to be the judges ex husband..conflict of interest? Now he is not allowed to see his nieces or his son who all love him dearly. He has to register when he gets out and be labeled as a baby raper. I live in a small town where if you don't have money than you do not have a chance. Now his wife sent him the divorce papers and wants full custody of their son so when he gets out, he will only get to see him once a month supervised at the court house. His son loves him and my brother lives for his little boy. My mom has been raising him, and his mom is always leaving him where ever she can and partying. She does drugs and if we call defax she will give my nephew to her parents. The girl my brother slept with was his wife's sister. At the time they were not married but dating and both seeing other people. That's why her parents have hated my brother for many years and will not stop until he is dead. What options are there? What can I do? I thought about that pre-paid legal, but it doesn't seen lagitamate. I live in Georgia. I don't have the money for a lawyer. Its not fair. Can someone please give me advice on this situation?
