He should really see a nutritionist. I have someone similar in my family. Every time he comes over I make sure I fix meals that are extremely low in salt & sugar. I don't leave candy laying around & rarely serve dessert- unless I get it from the Diabetes cookbook. It's sad because he also smokes 2 packs of cigarettes per day... My family is mainly vegan (I am not) & all of us are very healthy weight, we all exercise daily etc. Telling him probably won't do anything (we've tried)... Pick up on a Diabetic cookbook, some recipes are actually normal just low sugar/salt etc.

He is morbidly obese and in less than one week has consumed 4 loaves of bread, 10 pints of milk, 4 bottles of squash, at least 5 bottles of diet coke, at least 12 bags of crisps...... the list goes on. He eats and eats and does no exercise. We are quite healthy, very balanced diet, mainly vegetarian, nothing processed.... to my mind what he eats is unheathy and bad for his condition - what should he eat/drink?
