about it? I used to work with this girl and we were pretty good friends. I quit the job she still works at about 6 months ago. We got each other’s phone numbers to try and stay in contact. We had not really talked in a while though, until the other day. She asked me if my brother in law was married, and he is and has been for over a year and he and his wife have 2 kids. And I told her that and asked why she wondered that. Then she told me she had been seeing him the past 3-4 weeks. He had been lying to her from the beginning about everything and told he was divorced, about his job, about his kids, etc. She said she had suspicions about the whole relationship and she wanted to know the truth so she asked me because she didn’t want to be a home wrecker and break up a family. She felt bad about getting me involved but just needed to know the truth so she could end it since he kept lying to her. They never did anything more than just kiss, so it was basically more of an emotionally affair. She confronted him and he admitted to everything and felt humiliated. I told her to tell him I wouldn’t tell anyone about it since it’s none of my business and not my place to go blabbing it around. But my husband is his brother. And we tell each other everything. My brother in law didn’t want anyone in his family to know, including his brother (my husband). So I don’t know what to do? It happened; she confronted him, now it’s over with. Should I just leave the situation alone and not tell my husband about his brother since it’s none of my business? Or is this something I should tell him?
