My brother fell off his bike and has hit his Groin area and under the bum muscles.?

My brother yesterday, fell off his bike and has hurt his groin and bum area. Well the thing is he can not open his legs or he can just about walk.
He says he has no swelling to the penis or balls. Its just very painful.
What do you suggest ?
 
Ice and TAKING IT EASY! Then again if it is his grion that he injured he could have torn the groin muscle which is VERY painful and can cause you to not be able to walk. But was it his groin muscle which is in the crease or bend of your leg by your genitals? Or was it actually his taint area which is between the balls and anus? Because he could have done massive internal damage if it was his taint area.
 
I would phone casualty for advice,they can advice how to soothe it or suggest he pays them a visit.Because of where it is i do think you should be speaking with someone who is medically trained and casualty appreciates you calling rather than turning up if not needed.It suits you and your brother too and saves a journey and waiting time unless they tell you its needed.
