okay, so I`m never that loud. I play music, but he`s ALWAYS online screaming at his friends or blasting music.
My mom refuses to do anything. (My dad`s out of the picture).
I can`t even hear over his music half the time. He plays it until like 4 am, too.
I`ve tried talking to him, but he just walks away. He honestly doesn`t care but anyone but himself (he called me a conceited whore in front of my dad when I was 11.).
What do I do? I`m all on my own.
