My Brother and Dad always argue... i mean DAILY and my mum doesnt live with us.?

I am 14 and my school work is going down because of their argueing... please help i have told them to stop and what it is doing to me but my brother just laughs cause he is a freak.
and my brother just stays at home all day and doesnt have any friends any more .. at home its like we have to walk on eggshellss its horrible.
