Feeling the hurt

My boyfriend and i have been together for about 3months now but we've been friends for about 9months. Recently i found out that he emails other girls and texts and calls other girls on a daily basis. It wouldnt bother me but i know all these girls like him. Theres 4 others girls that like him and text him and email him and it really upsets me. And he knows they like him too, he says they are just friends but i dont know. And im not talking about like 1 text i mean like full day text convos or calls.. or email convos. 
Please help.
Oh and he has relatively no male friends... he just hangs out with girls. He says its because he only gets along with girls and not really any guys.
