Ok so here's the story, My boyfriend is not a criminal, a murderer, or outta control drug dealer. About a year ago he had sex with his girlfriend whom was a minor at the time. To make a long story short he was turned in and spent about 2 months in jail.
Im really worried about him. Its like he's forced himself to become numb. He doesn't have emotions anymore. He thinks its the only way to get through his 3 years of probation. He won't allow himself to be happy or love.
I think he's depressed or has some mental side effect from the jail time. Is this common??? Is there an actual medical term for it? What can I do to help him???
