MY BOYFRIEND KNOCKED THE COLLEGE I ATTEND. NOW HE TOLD SOMEONE HE MAY GO THERE...

...TO CONTINUE HIS EDUCATION.? My boyfriend is 22 and I am 19. We have been together almost four years. He completed two years at a community college and then went to a technical school for air cond/heat. He will finish there in December. I started college at William Paterson University and he told me "why are you going there. I wanted to go to community school because I wouldn't want togo there. He made racist comments and said that's why he chose the community school he attended. He said he would never choose William Paterson. My mom was talking to him last night when I was not in the room and he said "maybe when I graduate I will get my BA at a local college." William Paterson is most likely where he would go. I am happy he would continue his education, but at the same time am annoyed at how he puts down EVERYTHING I choose to do (example: I go to the gym 5x a week and have done a few fitness modeling jobs and he never is excited for me or asks me about it at all. When I say he smokes weed too much he tells me I go to the gym too much and wont talk about it) If he does choose William Paterson I feel like I would have to end it for all he put me through when I applied there. Am I overreacting?
