My boyfriend keeps having sex dreams about other people!?

What should i do. we've been dating for 4 months and recently he went away and danced with this guy who shares his passion for dancing... now he keeps having sex dreams about him and also dreams where im cheating on him... and he seems distant he says its because he has the flu which is why he is distant but what should i do about these sex dreams?
putting this out there we are a gay couple and i cant dance as well as this guy and i dont have good confidence like my boyfriend would like and i dont know how to up my confidence.
 
There just dreams, usually it means when people have sex dreams they're not getting enough sex and dreams of your partner cheating means that they're insecure and have trust issues.
 
sounds dodgy to me id keep a close eye on him you aint goin to be able to stop the dreams though
 
u cant do anything. dreams are made up while sleeping. there's no way to control a dream.
 
Its comletely normal, unless there are subconcious feelings about mis trust. i just wanna thow this one out: it may also be becuse he likes this boy.
