Okay, my boyfriend is in boot camp for the navy, he graduates the 30th of this month and i just got a letter from him saying he will be taking two weeks leave after his school for strikers. My question is, what is a school for strikers? What is a striker? He did not explain any of this to me
it does help, i know he didnt have a designation, but he signed up for the airman career track prgram, allowing him to apprentice for AO (Aviation Ordnanceman) and AB (Aviation Boatswain) and when one becomes available he can choose which one he likes the best. My mom says he is going to scrub the decks, but that cant be long with him being in this program, can it?
