My boyfriend is coming to visit me. What should I cook for him?

My boyfriend lives four hours away and is coming to stay with me at my apartment next weekend. I want to cook dinner for him and make something romantic. He doesn't like pasta dishes and I don't have a grill in my apartment. What should I make? Thanks!
 
Wow that really narrows it down then doesn't it...man who doesn't like pasta?

Get a honey-baked ham and make some veggies with it.
 
make a huge homemade pizza and just have something like salad with it
homemade pizza is so yummy! and really simple to make as is salad lol
