My boyfriend is always joking how do i get him to stop?

Well me and my boyfriend have been together for 7 months and i love him to death but he doesnt stop joking about things. like I know he doesnt mean the things he says but it doesnt ever stop.. from the morning to night.. and when he says "okay okay i promise ill stop now, " He starts joking again in like less then half hour. Ive asked him to stop so many times! what do i do ?
 
Guys who like to joke won't stop. I am like that and my girlfriend liked it, but eventually it became to much for her so she broke up with me. Now I am just joking around with other girls thats why people who joke around are the best because they are always good company. If it bothers you than just break up with him, but I would try to appreciate his jokes instead of getting mad at him for it.
 
Tell him "your jokes hurt my feelings", then try staying away from him for a few days at a time and see what happens. If he's smart, he'll get the point and stop it.
