the judge give her full custody? my boyfriend wants to move out of state with his son but has to ask permission from the courts he wants to leave for education opportunities the mother filed for full custody. she is not stable and has no job or schooling or car or license in and out of jail, rehabs. Would the judge grant her full custody when the father has only had full custody for a year? She has supervised visits right now too.
